Your Own Gym!, or, The Shy Work-Out

Some people don’t like the gym.  I’m one!  I swam at the Y before dawn for a long time; it was great.  I just wished I could have a private pool when it comes to having my clothes off.  Maybe I’m a NeverNude.

I have a chin-up bar and two weights and a skipping rope and I’ve had them through three homes; altogether they cost me under $100.  It’s pennies a day and in the even bigger picture it’ll be pennies a year.

I’m blessed with good health and I’m not a personal trainer; ie. don’t take this as expert advice.  I just like fitness and I like to be in shape.  Still, I say that you can be in really good shape and augment your health for almost nothing, plus do it privately. 😉

If you’re really comfortable in a gym, there’s no reason to skip out on that.  🙂
