Dinner

Sliced brussels sprouts salad with raw almonds, sea salt, pepper, olive oil, green onions, cayenne pepper & turmeric.  Action-packed long weekends of full, ten-hour shifts (plus travel time!) demand nutrition.  And bed-time requires easily digested food, for healthy sleep. 🙂

Steamed kale, quinoa, green onions, turmeric, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cashews, dried (unsweetened) coconut, plus a cinnamon banana for dessert. I keep forgetting to try doubling the kale and halving the quinoa, which I’ve been told a few times lately is smart. I finally did it tonite, and I liked it.
